Every astrologer on AstroVega sets their own per-minute rate for chat, call and video — shown upfront on their profile before you book, so there is never a surprise charge. You are billed only for the minutes you actually spend in a session.

Refund Policy
- If a session never connects, or disconnects within the first minute due to a technical fault, the full amount is credited back to your AstroVega Wallet.
- You can report a problem with any past session from My Consultations — our team reviews every report and refunds the affected minutes to your wallet.
- A scheduled (future-dated) booking can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge any time before the session starts, from My Consultations.
- Wallet credits never expire and can be used toward any astrologer, chat, call or video session on AstroVega.
